Micronutrient Package - $795

Micronutrient testing involves a blood test to assess levels of essential vitamins and minerals required by the body in small amounts for optimal growth, development, and maintenance of health. Micronutrients play a vital role in many physiological processes in the body, including metabolism, immune function, and cellular growth and repair. Deficiencies in these micronutrients can contribute to the onset and advancement of chronic illness. These micronutrients include vitamins such as vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K, as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and many others.

Our micronutrient test analyzes the levels of both intracellular and extracellular micronutrients in your body, which tells us if you have any nutritional deficiencies that may exacerbate or increase the risk of chronic disease.

Adrenal Fatigue Package - $495

Adrenal fatigue is a term used to describe symptoms that are believed to be caused by chronic stress and an overactive or underactive adrenal gland. The adrenal glands are small glands located on top of the kidneys that produce hormones such as cortisol which are important for the body's response to stress.

Chronic stress can cause the adrenal glands to become overworked and unable to keep up with the body's demands for cortisol and other hormones. This, in turn, can lead to a range of symptoms, including fatigue, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, brain fog, and mood swings.

Our adrenal function test is a saliva test that measures DHEA and 6 points of cortisol in your system throughout the day to provide information on how well your adrenal glands are functioning.

Gut Microbiome Package - $995

The microbiome is an important part of human health, playing a role in digestion, immune function, and even mental health. The microorganisms in the microbiome help to break down food, produce vitamins and other nutrients, and help to maintain the health of the gut lining. They also interact with the immune system, helping to train it to recognize and respond to pathogens. Composition of the microbiome can be influenced by a variety of factors, including diet, stress, medications, and other environmental factors. Alterations to the microbiome have been associated with a variety of health conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, and depression.

With the use of probiotics, prebiotics, other dietary interventions and supplements, we can manipulate the microbiome to promote health and prevent disease

The microbiome lab is a stool test that can identify the presence of pathogenic viruses, bacteria, and parasites using multiplexed, real-time PCR.

Biological Age/Telomere Testing - $695

Telomeres are sections of genetic material at the end of each chromosome. As a cell ages, its telomeres become shorter, a normal biological process. A Telomere Test can determine the length of a patient’s telomeres in relation to the patient’s age. An inflammatory diet, or one that increases oxidative stress, will shorten telomeres faster. This includes refined carbohydrates, fast foods, processed foods, sodas, artificial sweeteners, trans fats and saturated fats. A diet with a large amount and variety of antioxidants that improves oxidative defense and reduces oxidative stress will slow telomere shortening
